Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Prospect and campaign data — the prospect lists you upload, company details, and emails you generate. This data is yours and we use it only to provide the service.
• Gmail OAuth token — a secure token that lets us send emails on your behalf. We never read your inbox beyond the reply tracking you explicitly enable.
• Payment information — we collect plan and billing status via Razorpay. We never store your card or bank details directly.
• Usage data — basic analytics like which features you use, to help us improve the product. This is anonymised.

Your information is used to:

• Operate Digout and generate personalised emails using AI
• Send campaigns from your Gmail inbox on your behalf
• Manage your credits, subscription, and billing via Razorpay
• Improve the service using anonymised, aggregated usage patterns

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your prospect lists or email content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

All your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database provider with enterprise-grade security. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS.

Our application is hosted on Vercel, which may process data to serve pages to you. Supabase data is stored in the Singapore region.

Digout relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

• Anthropic Claude API — used to research prospects and generate email content. Relevant prospect data is sent to Claude for this purpose. Anthropic's privacy policy
• Gmail API (Google) — used to send emails and optionally track replies. We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required.
• Razorpay — handles all payment processing and subscription management. We never store your card or bank details.
• Mailivery — optional inbox warmup integration. Only used if you connect your Mailivery API key.
• Vercel — our hosting and deployment platform.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (such as payment records).

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to update inaccurate information.
• Delete — ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@digout.ai and we'll respond within 7 days.

We use only the cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
