Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Digout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sofronbits Technologies, the company operating Digout.

Digout is an AI-powered cold email personalisation tool. We help you research prospects, generate personalised outreach emails, and send them directly from your connected Gmail inbox. The service is intended for legitimate B2B sales outreach.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@digout.ai.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Digout and must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree to use Digout only for lawful, legitimate B2B outreach. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or harass recipients
• Use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Abuse the AI generation system by attempting to extract harmful content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Digout gives every new account 150 free credits on signup. No credit card is required to start.

Credits are the currency of Digout — 1 credit = 1 email sent (initial or sequence follow-up). Credits are deducted at the time of sending.

Paid plans include a fixed number of credits per month (600, 1,800, or 3,600 depending on your plan). Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Additional credits can be purchased at any time at ₹10 per credit on any active paid plan. Topup credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation, active follow-up sequences will stop sending.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started or once credits have been used. Unused topup credits are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@digout.ai and we will review the case within 5 business days.

Your use of Digout is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

The Digout platform — including its design, code, branding, and AI systems — is owned by Sofronbits Technologies and protected by intellectual property law.

You own all data you bring to the platform: your prospect lists, campaign content, and generated emails. We do not claim ownership over your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Digout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about email deliverability rates, reply rates, or business outcomes from using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofronbits Technologies' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of Digout after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
